How can we consider all the different (and overlapping) roles that help make collaboration effective?
Architect, Listener, Connector, celebrator… there are so many ways that people can actively contribute to group projects, which often get lost when discussion sticks to standard roles such as “leader” or “note-taker.” This short exercise is meant to provide a framework that helps participants ask what it actually means to be actively engaged in non-heirarchicall spaces.
